Abstract:Plague is a category A infectious disease, which is highly infectious and pathogenic. Three great plague pandemics resulted in nearly 200 million deaths in human history. Prophylactic vaccination is an important method of disease prevention and control. In this review, we summarize the current advances in research and development of plague vaccines and provide a reference for the study of new vaccines.
