According to the results of etiological detection and drug susceptible test, the following medication regimen was adopted: piperacillin tazobactam sodium 4.5 g q6h intravenous drip for 5 d, meropenem 1.0 g q8h intravenous drip for 19 d, vancomycin 1.0 g q12h intravenous drip for 10 d, and debridement and drainage of left tibial plateau infection, the patient was cured and discharged.
