摘要

解脲脲原体是女性泌尿生殖道黏膜中常见的微生物,对其致病性仍存在争议,解脲脲原体感染下生殖道后临床上可表现为非淋菌性尿道炎或粘液性宫颈炎,而在呼吸道方面,解脲脲原体定植于新生儿下呼吸道可以出现肺炎、支气管肺发育不良、慢性肺部疾病等情况。对于研究解脲脲原体感染的发病机制,宿主的免疫反应 ,以及研发防治解脲脲原体感染的药物实验,动物模型的建立是不可或缺的。目前国内外已成功建立多种解脲脲原体的动物模型,主要包括下生殖道感染模型及呼吸道感染模型。在解脲脲原体生殖道感染动物模型的建立当中,雌二醇的预处理是必不可少的,而在实验动物的选择方面也提出BALB/c小鼠是首选,而解脲脲原体呼吸道感染模型则不需雌激素预处理,多个学者成功使用C3H/HeN小鼠建立了该模型。

Abstract
