Zika病毒是一种新现虫媒黄病毒，近期在美洲暴发流行，并有向全球扩散的趋势，已成为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。Zika病毒感染的临床诊断主要依据实验室检测结果。本文就Zika病毒的核酸检测、抗原和抗体检测、病毒分离鉴定等方面进行综述。

Zika virus (ZIKV) is an arthropod-borne virus of the family Flaviviridae. Recently，the virus caused a large scale epidemic in Americas with a trend of global spreading, and constituted a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The diagnosis of Zika virus disease is mainly based on the pathogen detection in the laboratory. In this review, the present methodologies of Zika virus detection including nucleic acid detection, serological detection, and virus isolation are summarized.
