2013—2014年湖北省外环境中禽流感病毒污染情况分析

2013—2014年湖北省外环境中禽流感病毒污染情况分析
Avian influenza viruses in environmental samples collected in Hubei Province, 2013-2014
为了解2013—2014 年湖北省外环境中禽流感病毒污染情况,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)对全省7个监测点1 642份活禽相关外环境标本进行禽流感病毒型别与阳性率监测。结果显示,2013—2014年湖北省外环境中禽流感病毒平均阳性检出率为19.1%,检出的禽流感病毒型别以H9亚型为主(占57.3%),未检出H7亚型。不同地区和季节禽流感病毒阳性率有所差异,鄂西北冬春季病毒检出阳性率高于鄂西南和江汉平原;家禽屠宰加工厂检出阳性率最高;阳性率最高的标本来自清洗禽类的污水。结果提示,湖北地区外环境中禽流感病毒阳性率较高,且型别多样,家禽屠宰加工人员对禽流感病毒有较高的暴露风险,需加强健康宣教,提高个人防护意识。
To investigate the situation of environmental pollution by avian influenza virus in Hubei Province, 2013-2014, 1 642 live-bird related environmental samples collected from 7 monitoring points were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The virus types and positive rates were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rates of avian influenza virus in 2013 and 2014 were 16.8% and 21.4%, respectively. The leading virus subtype was H9 (57.3%). H7 avian influenza virus was not detected. The positive rates in different areas and seasons were different. The positive rate of northwest in Hubei Province was higher than that of southeast and Jianghan Plain. The poultry dressing plant had the highest detection rate. The sample with highest positive rate was from poultry cleaning wastewater. The results suggest that the environment of Hubei Province has high detection rate of avian influenza virus, with various types. The people who work in poultry dressing plants have higher risk. Therefore health education should be strengthened to enhance the personal protection consciousness.
