襄阳市中心医院收治1例“咽痛”患者，辗转诊治2月余，曾疑诊为淋巴瘤，就诊期间出现发热、咳白粘痰、眼睑上抬困难、口角歪斜、黑便、皮疹、淋巴结肿大等症状，经淋巴结穿刺病理诊断及病原体培养，最终确诊为播散型马尔尼菲篮状菌病。深刻认识马尔尼菲篮状菌感染的临床表现、影像及病原学特征，并了解真菌实验室检测新技术，有利于临床诊断、鉴别和早诊早治。现结合文献复习报道如下。

A 56 years old male with “sore throat” was treated in Xiangyang Central Hospital, he was once suspected lymphoma. With the progression of disease, manifestations such as fever, cough with sticky phlegm, weakness in lifting eyelids, distortion of commissure, melena, rash and lymphadenopathy occurred. After biopsy of mediastinal lymph node and pathogen culture, he was finally diagnosed as disseminated Talaromycosis caused by Talaromyces marneffei (TM). This study reviewed the literature on the pathology, clinical features, imaging features, pathogenesis, and new techniques for fungal laboratory testing of Talaromycosis, which may be beneficial for early diagnosis and treatment.
